Who we are

Exam System is a private tutoring platform operated by an individual mathematics teacher for his own enrolled students, delivered through a Telegram bot. Contact: fls4f4@gmail.com

What we collect

• Telegram account id and display name, to identify the student.
• The student's name, curriculum track and a parent contact number, entered by the teacher on enrolment.
• The exam time slot the student selects.
• Photographs of the student's handwritten exam answers.
• Marks and grading status.
• Timestamps of when a student opens and closes a lecture.

We do not collect passwords, payment details, location, contacts, or any content from outside the platform.

Use of Google Drive

The application requests access to the teacher's own Google Drive account only, for a single purpose: to upload photographs of student exam answers into a dedicated folder in that account, and to read them back so the grading team can mark them.

• Students never sign in with Google; no student's Drive is accessed.
• The application does not read, modify or delete any other files in the account.
• Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties.
• Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who can see the data

Only the teacher and his small grading team, solely for marking and following each student's progress.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept for the duration of the course and a short period afterwards for grade review. A student or their guardian may request deletion of their data and answer images by emailing fls4f4@gmail.com.
